In addition to saddles, he made a full line of chaps, harnesses, scabbards, etc. This is a fantastic leather scabbard showing a carved brand on the closing flap with the maker's saddle image logo and is marked "63 S Ario's Gt. Falls, Mont. ". The scabbard is in good condition.

Included in this lot is a Rare 1890 SC Gallup Western Ranch Saddle. S.C. Gallup opened his saddlery in Pueblo, Colorado in 1869. That said these saddles weren't made to take a lot of heavy use.
